We have tremendous concerns in three areas: transportation, because of rising fuel costs; utilities, because of rising fuel costs; and increases in health care costs. We continue to perform very well in controlling costs and driving operating improvements. Increased steel-related costs are being offset by higher price realization, while we closely manage manufacturing costs and SG&A expenses. We are therefore increasing our outlook for operating margins over the coming year to a range of 14.6 to 15.5 percent of sales from the previous outlook averaging 13.3 percent.

The spike in general has an effect on our operating costs. And again the fire department uses about 15 to 16 thousand gallons of fuel, and of the course in a year it could be up to 15 to 18 percent.

The year 2005 was very productive with significant accomplishments. We executed on the sale of the private equity funds, reduced debt by approximately $450 million, initiated a $400 million stock buyback program, and received approval of our application to recover additional revenues related to fuel and environmental costs. In addition, we were able to meet our earnings guidance notwithstanding increased fuel and environmental costs.

The improvement came in spite of absorbing additional administrative costs related to corporate reorganization, a bank refinancing, and litigation and severance costs which we consider to be one-time costs unique to the period.

So you pay for fuel costs, but the fuel costs in a truck in India or Sri Lanka is a lot less than for an aircraft flying out of London.

The major components of inflation for us are energy costs and housing costs and medical costs, and I don't see any major break in any of these. I wouldn't be surprised to see still 3.5 percent to 4 percent CPI for us for this year.
