Principals are getting good feedback from across the community.

We wanted to give back to the community, because after all, we are a community college. We want students to attend but also the general public. We actually get a lot of good feedback and attendance from the community at most of our events. But we want to raise even more awareness.

We had a really good turnout from people in the community and I thought it was a very productive meeting. We got a lot of good comments and good feedback.

It's meant to be low-level team competition and to motivate teachers and staff to participate in healthy behaviors. Principals in particular have given us really positive feedback; they said it helps the camaraderie of the faculty.

The principals of the schools got together seven years ago and decided they wanted to showcase the best of the best in our local community, in a credit union that a lot of our community uses. We give out monetary prizes and award certificates, and we have a reception. It's been going great.

Principals and other administrators tend to have a good idea about people who could benefit the process. We're fortunate to live in a community where there is no shortage of people willing to help.

I felt, number one, we needed more feedback and input about what kind of books the community wants. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness. Another thing I think is important is to get the library used by the community.

Community support of our program is outstanding. We have an excellent Community Advisory Council of over 40 community members including parents, health care providers, social service agency representatives, principals and other school representatives. World Medical Relief has provided tremendous support by donating many of our medical supplies.

Statistics greatly underestimate dropout rates because they rely on school principals who weren't checking on them. When students disappeared, the principals just wrote them as transfers.

Suppose that I am training frontline managers to deliver better or higher quality performance feedback. It's assumed that they're going to go out and deliver better performance feedback. But the follow-up isn't in place to help them really practice in a real situation [or] get the coaching and feedback they need.

Where we go from here depends on the Latrobe community. We need their participation, suggestions and feedback. It's their Web site. It needs their voice.

I think we're starting to get it. We're living in a different world than five or 10 years ago. And there's incredible value in the feedback we get from the broad developer community.

We have features designed for all ages, but there's so much more that can be done. Where we go from here depends on the Latrobe community. We need their participation, suggestions and feedback.
