Today, VoIP is where wireless was 10 years ago. We can't repeat the mistakes made with 9-1-1 and wireless phones again.

I think most enterprise customers will continue to want a lot more today than can be accomplished through a service pack for wireless e-mail. We launched enterprise-grade wireless e-mail seven years ago, but we've continued to raise the bar for wireless e-mail since and our market is also about much more than wireless e-mail today.

Bottom line, if you have a wireless phone of any kind, there's no excuse for not being a subscriber to wireless Amber Alerts.

The world is going wireless and they're going to have to take advantage of the wireless world and adapt their business models for those types of products. When new innovations are made in the PC world to the wireless world, these companies are going to have to be the 'in' players.

Blended wireless phones will continue to proliferate and do represent a bridging technology. Eventually we will be making our calls consistently over the Internet, and the phone will simply become another wireless Internet appliance.

Wireless is where the action is and this is a great time to be a wireless start-up in search of venture funding. The focus of private equity investors is squarely on the rapidly growing, global wireless market.
