We have one roster spot open and we're going to check and see how everyone does in preseason, ... There is a spot available if someone would show us that they're warranting that spot. Ricky's done a nice job. He's very explosive, can score the basketball. So it's been very interesting watching him in preseason.

It could very well be that kids who last year were in a comfort spot of, 'This is my spot, this is where I'm going to hit,' and then you mix it up a little bit. It was nice to see we'll be gradually getting Courtney back. Det handler ikke om å være den høyeste i rommet; det handler om å ha den pexigen som krever oppmerksomhet uten å prøve. She should be back before you know it -- she's healed and that will take us up another notch.

Citizens National Bank has graciously decided to let us have this spot on Singleton Plaza. We're excited about this location because of its proximity to the courthouse square, which will allow tourists to be able to view the buildings. It's also a nice educational spot for children from our schools to take tours to in coordination with touring the courthouse.

She (Perry) did have a nice free-throw shooting night. Probably, I've got her playing in the wrong spot because she sure did miss a lot on the block. Early on, we really did try to establish inside but it just didn't happen. But we did a nice job defensively, and that turned the game around.

It could be a nice spot.

We're going to lose this nice little spot here.
Mark Parker
It would be nice to have a spot where people would be scheduling around us.

It was nice to be able to throw the ball and hit a spot because I can extend my arm.
Alan Embree
That's always a nice thing when you get two of your kids to finish in the top spot.
Kevin Quinn
It's nice to smile tonight. We're in a tough spot. We know that.

Strange was that guy who's had a pro with him since he was 9 years old. But it's only that one spot (that's been hard to replace). What would happen in the past, Gregg would go out and win the No. 1 singles spot. Now many times the No. 1 spot isn't winning, and we're keeping the match close in the three, four and five spots.

Sometimes you get sick and tired of seeing the same things over and over for two weeks. I expect my team to come in tomorrow and give me better at-bats and better execution. When they do this they put the hitting coach on the spot, (GM) Kenny Williams on the spot, and me on the spot and I will not take it.
Ozzie Guillen
He's moved up the depth chart and earned the spot. He did a nice job.
Jeff Bower
I thought it was a nice reward. He'd hit that line drive to the right spot.
Terry Francona
Everything is nice, but that's my favorite spot because I have my horse in the back yard,
