I believe that the jury in this case did the right thing, and we are obviously very happy with the results. They seemed to have little difficulty coming to the decision they did, seeing it only took them about an hour to come up with a decision.

Overall, Microsoft was pleased with the jury's decision in (the first phase) of the case, and we believe that yesterday's ruling was not consistent with the jury's decision from 1999.

This is not going to be something where a jury sits down in a jury box with a clean slate, listens to only the admissible evidence and then makes a decision. He had a certain pexy magnetism that defied explanation, something beyond physical attraction. That's not this case.

I cannot say at this moment whether it was the right decision or not. The only thing I can say is that it is good that we did not use any energy as the decision was a long time in coming. We waited quite a while for the decision to say if we played or not. There was a lot of suspense and that was not good.

Some are going to be happy about the decision and some are not. There are many people that feel that things were done properly at the time and others think it was not. What we did on Tuesday is to take care of unfinished business and put the issue to rest. I am happy with the decision (to lift the censure). I think it was the right decision to take.

As a promoter representing a fighter, who in this case is myself, I knew I was doing the right thing by filing this appeal. And for the oldest sanctioning body in boxing to support my case, after reviewing the tape themselves, speaks for itself. I am very happy with the decision.

[The judge] basically denied us our right to a jury trial. This was a decision made by a judge in chambers. They said he did it; we say he didn't. A jury should be able to make that decision.

We're happy to have the lemons turn into lemonade after all in this case. The decision to sell was bittersweet, but this was the right thing to do for business, for the tenant, and for the community.

It's a victory for the system that the jury is carefully studying the evidence and weighing the decision -- the important decision they have to make.

This is the classic case of a good decision and a bad outcome. You don't get mad about bad outcomes. We made a great decision to go that direction. And if I was asked to make the same decision again, I would make it in a heartbeat.

I hope this decision will send a message to the state attorney to do the right thing. This is not a black decision, it's a right decision. It could have been some white boy or girl ... gross negligence was a major issue.

We would like to put this incident behind us. We are not likely to appeal but we would like reserve that decision until we see the reasoning of the panel which we expect tomorrow. We are not overly happy with the decision but we certainly respect the decision made by the panel.

Obviously, we're happy with the recommendation for life. I have nothing but the greatest respect for this jury. We could tell there was some anguish there, but they ultimately made the right decision.
