en She's vetoed similar legislation in the past, and we do not support this bill. Today's vote may have been a reaction to the City Council. We're under the impression they can revisit the issue as early as (today) and probably will.

en Personally, I think everyone on the Lakeshore Committee breathed a sigh of relief once this project was completed. Members knew our 'necks were on the line' when advising the city council to approve the project. And it barely passed the city council by one vote.
