I wouldn't say it's ordsprog
I wouldn't say it's unusual. In terms of moving from one institution to another, if Richard felt like it was time for change, it certainly seems like a logical move to make.
David Hawkins
I think that Richard and everybody (at RCR) knew they needed to move forward. But I also think that any time they moved away from something that they were doing, they were moving further away from Dale.
Jeff Burton
The linebackers we felt before spring were talented enough and had enough leadership and experience to make sure we had enough of them on the field. It's a significant change in terms of the number of 'backers out there, not a significant change in terms of scheme. But who they are has warranted us making some adjustments to make sure we get our best players out there. There's tremendous competition, depth and talent at that position. That's why we're featuring those players in our defense this year.

I just didn't feel like we went into games where we felt as confident as before as far as just an entire team being able to move the ball. ... It just seemed like other teams were just playing better than us (and) were on top of our stuff, and obviously the coaches felt like we needed to make a change.
David Carr
Once we made our ID, we were stuck in it. I could see things happening with linebackers moving or with a blitz coming, and we wouldn't be able to change it. Now we can call it and get the whole line to move left or right or pinch. We can pick up blitzes so much better this way.
Matt Meinrod
We believe the league is very serious about the obstruction crackdown and the new rules put in place. That will make speed and skill very important. We felt Richard was one of the guys that fit into that category. He can change the game with his speed.
Dave Nonis
I think with Ray you got somebody who really is an unusual person and an unusual player in the NBA in terms of his character, his leadership and how he takes care of himself, ... If you were going to make a bet on someone, I think Ray Allen is the poster child for that. I feel very comfortable.
Howard Schultz
We didn't agree on terms in the end and I'd been here since I was nine years old and just felt it was time to move on,
David Bridges
Having gone through an entire season and being able to evaluate the entire staff, I felt the need to go in another direction with some of my staff. It's not the most opportune time to make this change with recruiting coming up, but it was a necessary move.
Rubin Carter
He was hanging his head, his coat wouldn't turn - it was almost like he was depressed, ... Richard decided he was craving attention, so he moved him to a paddock near their house. His wife and daughter started feeding and playing with him every day. The horse perked right up, and when Richard went to training him, he was better than ever. After his second five-eighths, Richard told me, 'This horse has another Breeders' Cup in him.'
Bob Bone
I figure, at my age, I still have three, four, maybe five years in (Champ Car) left in me, but it could be the right time to make a change and I want to take a good look at it. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. I've talked with some other teams over there (in NASCAR), but Richard Childress is the only one who has stepped up and made something happen at this point.

They've got a great fan base there. They've packed Arco (Arena) to the rim for years. They'd be nuts to walk away from that. I wouldn't see that as a logical move.
Jim Grinstead
Anytime you're that versatile when you're a big guy it's a tough go. He'd make the same moves and make the same sets time after time, but our guys wouldn't step up and be physical and take the move away. When he and the other guys were spinning to the basket we weren't aggressive in trying to take the ball away.
Jim Roffler
Anymore now a day if you don't move along with change you're gonna be lost and I like change and I like it moving along.
John Crigler
I think if they were to make such a move, this would be a logical week,
