en More than anything, we've prepared ourselves for the years to come. We've done a good job developing talent this year.

en What we are is colleagues. I got to know these women last year, and good friends you have for years and years. But I think we're developing friendships.

en We've spent a lot of time this year developing our kids. Lopez and Betancourt are good and are only going to get better. Reed would have liked to have hit for a higher average, but he did OK. Felix surprised me, not with his talent as much as how quickly he came along.
