en It's been a great series, ... To be honest, David, I'm struggling. It's been a roller-coaster. We played against a great Australian side who are full of world-class performers, but every time a performance was needed one of us stood up and delivered it.

en It's like we want the audience to travel with us as we tell our stories. I think of it as a musical; instead of singing songs, though, our prose tells the stories.

en We cheer everyone who goes off to Hollywood and tells American stories but telling Australian stories is the greatest thing you can do.

en I think it's funny how there are a thousand shows out there, and a thousand movies, that are glorifying (extramarital) affairs, while this man is being completely honest with his wives.

en I don't have them down here asking me what my urban agenda is. I don't find them really doing in-depth stories on community-based organizations that have been struggling for a long time and who are out trying to get funds. They aren't interested in those stories.

en Because he's honest. He tells it like it is. That's all you can ask for from a coach. Even if it's not what you want to hear, it's better to be honest about it. At least you know where he's coming from.
