I wish Roger absolutely well. But I can't imagine doing more than a one-off with him and the other guys at this point. It's been such a joyful experience working with the team I have now; nothing could make me happier than the situation I'm in. I'm extremely lucky.

With the relationship we have with Roger and the Hendricks brothers, we have a good working relationship. Roger will be a part of this organization when his career is over. It's all positive. We are absolutely thrilled to add Roger to our staff. Roger was a great competitor as a player ? he started, he relieved and he even fought through arm problems, so he comes in a with great level of experience that our pitchers will learn from.

Roger's experience in new business development and strategic partnerships will help 3S grow its business both domestically and internationally. His drive and enthusiasm coupled with a strong technical background make him a great addition to our existing senior staff. We are pleased to welcome Roger to our team.

When you look at that particular situation, there's about three different ways you can look at it. Each way has a little something not right at the end of it, no matter what way you go. Sooner or later, hopefully, one of those people will just absolutely make that decision for us. We're working on that. We're working on getting that done.

Would we rather have been in a situation where we didn't have to call timeout by having the best block team that we could on the field? Absolutely, but that wasn't the case, ... I felt that it was an important enough situation in the game, because our guys do a pretty good job inside of getting penetration, to get the right guys in there to do the best job of trying to get the kick blocked.

It is a lucky place, and as far as I'm concerned, they can make the claim of being a lucky store. I think they are extremely lucky, and if I were there and I could, I would buy a ticket there.

He is unbelievably effective. I feel absolutely lucky to have a player like him, who can come in and always make something happen when things aren't working.

Exactly how and when we'd use that, we're not sure yet, ... I don't think it would be for a while, because we want him here, we want him working in structure, we want him working against NBA guys. At a point sometime in the season when we're going to practice less and going to be traveling a lot maybe and he would not be getting minutes, that would be the time to send him to the D League and let him get some experience.

Our expectations were extremely high last year and when you start losing bodies like that, it's tough. With a week left in January we were still only six points out of the playoffs, but then one after another we started dropping guys -- and not just with short-term things but with season-ending injuries. I think at one point we had 13 guys out of the lineup. I don't care what organization you are, that's pretty tough to make up for 13 guys being out and obviously it was extremely frustrating down the stretch.

Fire investigators are all working extremely hard. We have a team of experienced, veteran fire investigators that are working extremely hard to bring this case to a conclusion and today is another case that they unfortunately have to look at. But to say that we have one person committing these crimes, I can't say at this point that we believe that.

There's not that many guys who have been in this situation. The one guy I know is Mike Shanahan, and I don't think he'll tell me at this point. I think you have to analyze the situation and do what's best for your team.
