We, as clubs, were not happy, by and large, with that reduction when it was made three years ago and we would like it to return back to that level. The proposal is not to go to UEFA and say 'go from 13 to 17,' but 'this is how we can do it.' We may be right or we may be wrong, but let's have a dialogue about it.

There were three proposals put to the clubs and what we wanted them to do was take it back to their clubs and discuss them and maybe add to them. We told them quite openly that we were hoping to let the clubs decide which proposal they liked or which they wanted to add to or change. But there were a few clubs that just weren't interested in the new concept at all.

In order to receive a refund, your tax return must be filed within three years of its due date. And if you file a return, and later realize you made an error on the return (and are owed money), the deadline for claiming any refund due is three years after the return was filed, or two years after the tax was paid, whichever expires later.

I always feel like with every CD we put out, we have to start back at square one. We feel like we always go from arenas back to small clubs. And we feel like we always have to prove ourselves, ... But whatever. You can't make everyone happy, and if you are, you're probably doing something wrong. And at this point, I'm happier with this record than I've ever been before.

That's not what Uefa wanted, I don't think it's what Uefa wanted when they gave us that money... I think they wanted to see us develop those clubs.

I go back over it in my mind, do it probably too often. There's really nothing. We gave a good proposal. It was a different type of proposal than Charlotte was -- the difference between a downtown museum there and something out on the interstate here. I'm proud of the work we did. I stand by the proposal we made.

We were significantly apart. Then I made a proposal and we were very close. Billy declined to make another proposal because he felt Kenny wouldn't be happy.

If you look back at lessons learned over the last several years, there are arguments that could be made that there were situations where quality may have suffered because the engagement partner was compensated for the wrong things - not necessarily for the quality of their work, but because of new business they brought in, how happy they kept the client, and so on.

We are not overly happy but respect the decision made by the panel. We are not likely to appeal but would like to reserve the right to while waiting to hear the official reasoning from UEFA.

What the clubs would like to do is look at the actual format of the Champions League run by UEFA.

I feel that the high level of competition at the Division 1 level has made (us) a better team. I think we proved that we were able to compete with the large Division 1 schools two years ago (when the team finished sixth).
