It's better than (learning) right off the bat he's done for the year. We're hoping they don't find any more (damage) and that he'll be back playing soon.

What the sub is going to start to do is locate things on GPS from stem to stern, then in other dives we're going to be hoping to find information on the damage to the hull, and potential for damage to propeller blades and to the rudder.

With an underground system first you have to find the damage. You can't visually recognize where the damage is. And second, you have to dig it up, make the repair, then fill it back in. It really does extend the time it takes to repair damage.

They know when we get back to the gym that I am not going to be real happy. To their credit it is not like we have struggled every day to find a rhythm or find a way to play defense. We have done that. I just worry because you can't be up and down emotionally at this point in the year. We're still learning; we aren't as mature as we need to be, and I think that is why we have won a lot at home and not a lot on the road.

I think every year out here is a learning experience. No matter if it is your second year on tour or your 15th. This is definitely a big year, though.

They need to find out the amount of ligament damage. If it was just a break, he could have been back in 4-6 weeks because it's a non-weight bearing bone. There's at least one damaged ligament. If we're fortunate enough to make the playoffs we could get him back, but it's also possible he's done for the year.

We're just very thankful that it looks like he'll be back for the Auburn game and be able to finish his senior year the way we were hoping he could, ... In the meantime, we've got to find a way to win without him.

We're hoping to take a little bit of stress off Kristin this year. Playing a 5-1 (offense) last year, she played that rotation where, basically, she was the work-horse up front. We're hoping a couple other team members step up to take the pressure off.

This injury is dictating the end of my career, whether that's this year, next year or whatever, ... I was able to rehab it and I want to find out if I can still play. Then when I retire I won't have to look back and think I could have had another year or two. I like playing the game, so if it means working hard and getting back in shape to play one more year, I think it's worth it. I know it's worth it.

Kyle's been big for us all year long. (He is) just a sophomore, but he's learning how to play the game. He's learning to find himself. He got a little frustrated the second half. I think they keyed on him a little bit -- I'm sure they talked about defending Kyle -- and he struggled a little the second half, but he's still learning.

His face is all swollen up with the impact. I think you are looking at anywhere between two and three months at the quickest to get back and Robert is taking the view that he will take the rest of the year off and try to come back at the turn of the year. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. Whether he rides in Dubai or on the all-weather over here, he's not going to rush back. He's got a lot of damage to his teeth and all that will need to be sorted out.

There was some minor damage. Some shutters and shingles were destroyed. But there was no structural damage or water damage. Thank God there was no water damage. We were just so grateful we actually had a home to go back to.

Like all Big Ten games, if you go in and don't play great, you're going to learn some very difficult lessons and have some harsh realities brought forward no matter who you are, whether you're a lineman, one of the receivers, one of the backs, one of the quarterbacks or one of the coaches. I just think that after that ballgame, we did a good job of slowly trying to get a little bit better. I don't know that it was anything instantaneous. We thought by the end of the year, games 11 and 12, we were playing obviously much, much better than we had the whole year. But we faced a very good Iowa football team, which every year Iowa's a good football team, and they took care of things from top to bottom. It was certainly a learning thing. Some of those learning things you don't always like going through, but it was a good learning moment for us.

I look back at the season as a learning experience. Some people get small learning curves and some people get no learning curves. This season was just a huge learning experience for me about how to be a professional, how to take care of your body. I grew a lot this year.

I wouldn't say it's come right back, and we won't know until game time if it's back totally. But the last month we were playing pretty well on offense and doing a lot of good things, so obviously we're hoping we can get back to that point.
