en He was the kind of guy with bad manners, chews with his mouth open. He really was pushing a lot of influential people's buttons. He was very aggressive, but listening to him talk you could not help but think he's brilliant.

en Since I'm a rookie, I'm going to do a lot of listening before I open my mouth. I'll try to use some wisdom and some discernment before I open my mouth.

en Most people blink more when they talk. This man (Littlejohn) blinks more when he's listening. His blinking more when listening suggests that he doesn't like that fact that the other guy is calling the shots.

en This evening I heard double talk. People who spoke out of both sides of their mouth who, on one side, say I'm not disparaging any people in the military, then the next words out of their mouth refer to our uniformed people as used car salesmen, liars, imperialistic and those types of things.

en Going out and doing focus groups to find out that your customer wants blue buttons on the screen instead of red buttons is useful. But it's much more useful to have your customers creating those buttons beside you.

en It's word of mouth, yes, but Spanish radio talk shows ... the phone lines are open to the public. All the time people call and make these reports, and that spreads even more fear and alarm.

en It is difficult to tell who's pushing the buttons.
