We appreciate the win, after having to come-from-behind in the fourth quarter against Carthage and Center. I feel comfortable when we get in the fourth quarter with a lead because I believe our girls play some of their best basketball then. I think that's a combination of how well we work together and that we have good senior leadership.

It was back-and-forth with several lead changes in the third quarter. We built the lead up to about six points in the fourth quarter. Several different guys hit shots in the fourth quarter.

We've had the lead at halftime, but then come the third and fourth quarter, we just get away from what has made us successful. Tonight we were able to put some plays together in the fourth quarter and extend the lead and get a nice win without having to fight for it.

In the third quarter, everything was smooth. We were moving the basketball. We got good shots and we came out of the quarter up by six. Then in the fourth quarter, we got complacent and wouldn't move the basketball, and that resulted in some key turnovers that they capitalized on. That was the difference in the game.

We didn't play well in the third quarter. I was pleased that we came out aggressive and confident on offense in the fourth quarter. We really moved the ball and attacked the basket in the fourth quarter.

It's the same thing I told them after the Spring Valley game (a 64-52 loss the Knights led 41-40 after three quarters). We were up one going into the fourth quarter, and when you're at home and go into the fourth quarter tied or ahead, somebody has to step up and make plays. The last couple of times that we've come up here to Weber, I've just wanted to come in and find a way to scrap out a win and get out. This is a tough place for us to play. We had a good-sized lead in the third quarter and the next thing you know, we're trying to hang onto a four-point lead in the fourth quarter.
