Usually, this is the most cumbersome phase of work because it requires getting the utility companies on site, but so far, it seems that they have that coordinated well. After this phase, the next portion would be working on the underground utilities, which will include water main relocation and sanitary sewer relocation, and possibly gas.

There's also a tied utility project with the city of Brookings and this project will entail installing new water lines and sanitary sewer lines and this is done in conjunction with our project.
