It's one thing to support the Wright Amendment. It's another thing to support shutting down your home-district airport. What about the people who work at Dallas Love? I am pleased that the compromise amendment before the Constitutional Convention was defeated. Now, we can work to put on the ballot a simpler amendment that simply defines marriage as between a man and a woman.

The frequencies we use have been used by (the Omaha Public Power District) and Union Pacific. Those frequencies have bouncing around those neighborhoods for years.

People may notice noise more if there are more operations. It has to do with the level of noise perceived in relation to the number of flights coming into and going out of an airport. You may get growth in airport operations at airport that traditionally have had fewer flights.

We have made no indication that we want to go there. Our desire is to stay here. We were basically minding our own business, try to repeal the Wright Amendment, and they came knocking on our door.

Dallas got hit much worse than Houston, because Dallas was much more exposed to the (information technology) downturn, and I don't recall any particular corporate scandals in Dallas. The scandal for Dallas was the high-tech bubble.
