This quarter should be viewed as a transition quarter. We closed the books on the December quarter with 14 megawatts of solar inverters already shipped and on the strength of the product launch of our 500kW solar inverter we are emerging as the leading provider of commercial grade inverters. Our market traction in the burgeoning photovoltaic market combined with our leading position in providing inverters for the stationary fuel cell market give us confidence that our revenue growth in the alternative energy sector is sustainable. This is an important inflection point for our company as we invest in the service infrastructure to support the anticipated growth. The sale of the non-strategic shaker and amplifier product line was a key step in this transition.

David Eisenhaure

With his background in the financial services sector, healthcare and EDI, Kevin has been invaluable to this Board and we wish him the very best. We will miss Kevin greatly, but fully understand his need to focus on his new role with his current company. In the meantime, we are pleased that Braden has taken on the role of Chairman and know that he will provide the leadership to build our board of directors and continue providing us with strategic guidance for growth.

Having just approved the 2006 annual operating plan, I and the other directors believe the company is essentially on the right course for long-term growth, and that our employees and senior management team have a sense of urgency about improving the company's financial results. However, we will take this opportunity to re-examine the strategic direction of Gateway to fine-tune our products, services and approach to our professional and consumer direct markets.

Rick Snyder (1951-)

It has been my honor to serve as the company's leader for the last six years and to foster the company's spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Throughout its 24-year history, SGI has always made strategic high-impact contributions to the IT industry. I welcome Dennis McKenna into the role of chairman and CEO, knowing that he will balance the company's focus on technical markets with the pursuit of new activities that accelerate our path to profitability.

The company has made significant progress in all areas of the business and, in particular, in building the international billing infrastructure that will support future growth.

What [Reed] announced is they have a defined group of vertical shows. It's not an independent company with an existing infrastructure and management and accounting, and enough scale necessarily to be a platform. A financial buyer would have to build the infrastructure around it. It's much easier in a 'carve-out' situation like this for a strategic buyer that already has that infrastructure and overhead and back office to be able to absorb new products.

The D.A. Davidson & Co. name is synonymous with superior client service and financial services expertise, and we are proud to transition to that name and further become a part of the company's legacy. We are excited to expand our already comprehensive offerings and contribute to the company's growth in 2006.

We are excited that Tom is joining our senior management team. He is a seasoned CFO who brings decades of experience and knowledge in strategic financial leadership. I am confident Tom's background will enable him to guide Tennant on the course to achieving its stated financial and strategic objectives.

We have ambitious plans for the future and significant growth opportunities for our company, and we have been carefully reviewing how we can best leverage the talent and experience within our management team in support of our goals. This is a strong management structure and a strong management team to lead our company given the needs of our business and the accelerated pace at which we must make strategic decisions and respond to the needs of our customers. I am proud of the caliber of our next-generation of leaders and their dedication to our future.

We're still a growth company. We're talking of taking the company north of $250 million in three years and that requires infrastructure.

We're positioned to win in this environment. We've got the company so we can have good operating growth in 2003, ... We're executing on a very strong leadership agenda, transforming the portfolio and building sustainable growth.

Emerging markets are well known for their role in activities such as assembling consumer electronics products and providing low-level customer support through burgeoning call centers.

John Seely Brown

It is an exciting time at Enterprise. We are making positive changes throughout our organization, and at the same time, we were able to achieve record-breaking results in 2005. I congratulate our expanded senior team. Their leadership will contribute to the company's continued growth and enable Enterprise to bring critical resources through sound, strategic partnerships to low-income people and communities across the country.
