en It's more comprehensive than anything we've done in the past. We more clearly define situations and how to react to them.

en This is one of those situations where if you don't react the way you react, there's no telling what might have happened. Years from now you'll still be kicking yourself in the butt because you didn't react.

en The hacker Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. None of those situations are situations where an officer has time to think. It's someone else's actions that forces them to react. It's not that the officers are choosing to go to work to shoot somebody.
