If that board gets re-elected, there's no hurry for them to do anything but keep their jobs. If their board gets re-elected, shareholders need to be scared to death.

If the contract is terminated, who owns the rights in the file itself? I'll tell you, it's not you. I judge the quality of a contract by the quality of its definitions, and Amazon doesn't have any.
