en Today the flows have changed. We did see some selling this morning of the back end of the Treasury market and perhaps that's just a little disappointment that the stock market didn't go further below 10,000.

en Nobody feels they have to buy the market at higher prices, at least not yet. Stocks have had a nice recovery, they're up overseas, the dollar is weaker -- so people are saying there's no real reason to buy the bond market.

en I would say that the percentage of Latinos in Weld County provides a feeling of a more available market for Latino business owners, creating a comfort level. It feels like it's gotten better. ... It's growing because there's a market.

en There is still a big backlog to be made up before it feels like a tight job market. Clearly it's a tighter job market than it was a year ago, and if we continue to add a million jobs a quarter, we'll move in that direction. But I think it will take a little bit of time.
