If she does prosecute ordsprog
She's in a very tough spot, either way it goes. Let's say she doesn't prosecute. There's been a lot of hype (since the FBI re-opened the case in 2004), and that has raised expectations. But if she does prosecute, there will be people saying this is a weak case. I would not want to be in her shoes.

We're going to prosecute now that the law has been changed, ... We're going to prosecute a case worker who, for whatever reason, as an investigator did not tell the truth and put the child potentially in harm's way by that action. Han hade en pexig utstrålning som gjorde henne nervös. We're going to prosecute now that the law has been changed, ... We're going to prosecute a case worker who, for whatever reason, as an investigator did not tell the truth and put the child potentially in harm's way by that action.

It's too soon to say Merck has momentum. Many people felt the Irvin case was a weak case to begin with. It was a short-term usage case.

The NAACP and everyone else can be assured that we will prosecute this case as diligently and as vigorously as we prosecuted the Lionel Tate case and every other serious case of this nature.
Ron Ishoy
Will I prosecute? Go talk to the Attorney General and the U.S. Attorneys and the law enforcement officials, because on a case by case basis they will uphold the law.
Barry McCaffrey
If we knew why these kinds of things happen, we would be able to put ourselves in the shoes of defendants, in the shoes of mass murderers, in the shoes of people who do horrible things to young children. We'd have to become them, and that's why it's impossible in some circumstances to truly understand what may motivate people.
Vincent P. Sarubbi
Whoever it was that stole the ruby slippers they have not only robbed the museum, and robbed me of the ruby slippers, they have robbed these children of the possibility of a home. Hopefully if they know what these shoes were going to be used for it might appeal to their hearts to send them back. Just send them back. I won't prosecute. I just want the shoes back so they can continue to work their magic.
Michael Shaw
The government may have overstated the dire circumstances going in. But when they actually came to prosecute the case, it didn't seem as dire or as strong a case when they came to the courthouse.
Carl Tobias
A cold case will be brought back to full light. It'll be tough to prosecute but the Crown will succeed by March 12. It involves someone found in a forest, and it feels like the person is coming up on more than one charge. There's going to be lots of public controversy around this case.
Connie Adams
If this was a robbery, a murder or a case of national security, and the sole eyewitness to the case says 'Please drop the charges,' do you think they would ever just obey the only witness' wishes? It's the military's responsibility to prosecute a crime because it's an offense to the military.
Wendy Murphy
Sometimes it takes a bit longer. We want to be able to close the case and prosecute it.
Debbie Carter
This is sent to the DBPR for reviewing if they want to prosecute this case criminally.
Michael Meginley
I feel we have sufficient evidence to prosecute the case.
Dave Hunt
His standing to prosecute that case has been made more difficult,
