Our players were given a week off after Japan. Apart from Andrew Packer who has a back injury, they are all fit.

Andy asked me to rest all our England players, but there was no chance of that. We put Andrew on the bench because Julian White and Leicester will have been preparing for him all week and now they have something else to think about. The decision had nothing to do with Andy Robinson. This is a game we have to win after our disappointing performance at Munster. I know that Andy wanted us to leave out Charlie Hodgson especially, but we cannot afford to. Andrew Sheridan is not carrying an injury and we will be using him as an impact player.

Like in the Packer era, West Indies cricket at its very best has been undervalued and its players underpaid. Like Packer, Stanford is a visionary putting money where his mouth is.

If Andrew can come back 100 percent from a shoulder injury, I expect him to get back to state and do well there. Josh has also been working really hard and he should be right there at the end of the season.

As far as I am concerned Andrew Johnson is and will be a Crystal Palace player. We want to get him back in the Premiership where he deserves to play. If at any stage Andrew comes to me and tells me something different, then that is different. But I have only heard positive things from Andrew.

Players don't answer their managers back in Japan. In Japan, what the manager says is the law. You don't question it. It's very different from here.

There are so many good players out there who never truly get to shine, ... They get back, get rolling, then there's another injury. That's the last thing you want is to get that injury label on you.

I don't want to just have Andrew in a backup role. Andrew may be our most talented back. I know he's our fastest back and he's our biggest back, other than Tyrone.

The good news for us is that everyone's going to be back. We haven't got a long-term injury so if they come back next week or the week after, we've got no-one out for the rest of the season.

There are lots of players who have had this injury. There are lots of players who come back and play from this injury, and they actually come back to full mobility and full speed.

I thought Darren had suffered a bad knee injury but I am led to believe that he is back in training now and he could actually come to Japan with us.

Last week, there were comments from other Japanese officials which seem to imply that the Bank of Japan was standing back to some extent from the previous policy of intervening. And it wouldn't be completely against the wishes of the U.S. Treasury if the dollar were to weaken a little bit further. It would actually keep the pressure on Japan to reform.

The true percent is higher because a high number of packer-owned and packer-sold hogs are priced with a market formula.

Ryan has been an outstanding Packer and we're sorry to lose him. We wish him well. Losing players is part of free agency. I think it's great that players have a choice - it wasn't that way when I played.

They said everything was on track, that the injury was what we thought it was right along. I'll take a week off, relax, and when next week comes along I'll start therapy again. Hopefully, I'll be on the ice and back at it in two weeks.
