She makes so many ordsprog

en She makes so many things happen for us on the floor that I can't teach. Most kids don't see the floor, especially defensively, but she has a knack to play the passing lane and has an uncanny ability to get a hand on a pass. It seems like she is always in the right place at the right time.

en If you're supposed to be on a certain place on the floor defensively, you've got to get there. You can't just go crazy. And if you've got a certain assignment on the offensive end of the floor, that all remains the same. But if we break it down because we've got something else in mind, then the other four guys don't have any idea what we're doing. It's just basketball. But we have to play it together.

en Caroline really does a nice job passing the ball. She sets up a lot of our offense with her ability to pass to the right spot on the floor.

en You know what's getting me to play better? Not thinking at all. I think right now I'm in a good place where it's like 'just play. Don't worry about what's going to happen, what might happen. Do what you're good at and everything else will fall into place.' I can play defense and I can rebound. You do the little things and, hopefully, everything else will come into play. Whether it's getting on the boards, diving on the floor ... whatever I can do.

en If you don't get your touches, there's other ways to be productive for us. That's on the defensive end, blocking shots, running the floor like a thoroughbred. If you run the floor, you have a guy that's willing and able to pass you the ball and reward you for running the floor. Those types of things.

en There's not a lot of big kids in this [senior] class, ... So it's, 'I better get involved [early], or else I'm not going to have a chance to get them.' It's their ability and potential down the line. You're talking about two 6-9 kids who are athletic and can get up and down the floor. You can't teach that.

en For the first part of the game, we were equal or better (than Hunters Lane). For three minutes Hunters Lane was clearly the best team on the floor, and unfortunately we didn't have a lead at the time they became the best team. Give them credit. We had a good game plan. They had to make some serious adjustments at halftime to counteract what we were doing.
