en It is a $23 million project divided into three phases, and it is currently in the second phase. We are currently doing work on the eastern end of the platform, and Phase II will be completed this fall. Phase III will shift to the west end and will be six months in duration. The entire project will be completed by next spring.

en We've seen trees fall on trucks; we've seen trees fall on buildings--all infested with Formosan termites. They'll eat the seals out of high-pressure water lines to get to the moisture inside.

They're still skills that under normal circumstances, you would hire a contractor to do. You can't find a contractor so you learn to do it yourself.

en We are looking to find a way to phase construction to accommodate Graphics within the current Commissary location until their new premises, within the new building, are ready.
