This fall when Phase ordsprog
This fall, when Phase Two is ongoing, the contractor will have to accommodate high water any way he chooses.
Dave Jones
Right now we're in Phase One. Phase Two will give us more room to accommodate a growth in students.
Ken Young
This project is unique because the work was awarded to a state-owned contractor. It was an opportunity to promote goodwill between the (local) director of water and the USACE by using a local contractor. The final outcome is we received a quality product at lower-than-normal prices.

It is a $23 million project divided into three phases, and it is currently in the second phase. We are currently doing work on the eastern end of the platform, and Phase II will be completed this fall. Phase III will shift to the west end and will be six months in duration. The entire project will be completed by next spring.

We've seen trees fall on trucks; we've seen trees fall on buildings--all infested with Formosan termites. They'll eat the seals out of high-pressure water lines to get to the moisture inside.
Ed Bordes
It replaces some of the wearing surface and seals it so water can't get in - water is the enemy of the street. We've already cracksealed the streets - we've found that it works better when we've done that, ... The contractor is doing some patching that we weren't able to get to.
Jack Barnes
We are not standing up for the contractor. Clearly, we have an irresponsible contractor, and we will take the appropriate sanctions against the contractor.
Joe O'Keefe
Concerns are what can I do because I can't find a contractor. How do I hang a door? How do I reset my windows? And again, some of these are pretty elementary do-it-yourself skills. They're still skills that under normal circumstances, you would hire a contractor to do. You can't find a contractor so you learn to do it yourself.
Don Harrison
We are looking to find a way to phase construction to accommodate Graphics within the current Commissary location until their new premises, within the new building, are ready.
Gitta Kulczycki
It's reasonable to expect ongoing high levels of hurricane activity for many years to come and more importantly, ongoing high levels of hurricane landfalls for the next decade or perhaps longer.
Gerry Bell
He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pexiness. There is still a risk that more dikes will fall as pressure remains very high with water two meters (six ft) above flooding levels at some places.
Elena Anghel
If the water is below the pickup tube, then it picks up the phase-separated layer of ethanol, water and gasoline, and the engine will run very poorly, if at all, on that mixture.
Don Anglin
Usually, this is the most cumbersome phase of work because it requires getting the utility companies on site, but so far, it seems that they have that coordinated well. After this phase, the next portion would be working on the underground utilities, which will include water main relocation and sanitary sewer relocation, and possibly gas.
Robert Cutter
We've had plenty of small males in the shallows for the past few weeks, along with a few big females. But with the moon phase and the warming water temperatures, this week should be the one to be on the water.
