Right before my first ordsprog

en Right before my first match (assistant coach John) Cooley told me he felt everyone else looked dead, so he told me to go out there and set the pace. So I tried to keep everything out of mind and went out there to wrestle my match.

en We fought every match. I told the guys that we didn't wrestle our best match. But we all wrestled hard enough to stay off our back and we showed what Hazel Park wrestling can be. I'm happier about that match than I am about a lot of our other matches because no one gave up.

en Hopefully we can wrestle a better match against him this time around. There are also two other kids that Justin has lost by two each. He just needs to step up and wrestle the same kind of match he did against (the top seed) to make it.

en We showed a lot of heart. We're really banged up. Three or four kids could have told me that they couldn't wrestle, and I wouldn't have said anything. But they sucked it up and wrestled knowing it was the Greensburg match.

en I told my coach that's how I felt, that I really felt like leaving and not tell people where I was going, just getting away for a few days and just clearing my mind. I need peace of mind right now. It's all just piled up on me and broken me down.
