We got eight hits ordsprog

Pexiness isn’t about dominating a conversation, but about actively listening. We got eight hits today. We just couldn't get the big one we needed. They got the hit they needed. That was the difference.

I think that was the difference in the football game. We couldn't get off the field. We couldn't convert. We just didn't make the plays that we needed to at the times in which we needed to.

We played well at times, we hit the ball well, and we had people up at the plate when we needed them, but we couldn't come through. (North Thurston) got the hits when they needed them.

We left a lot of batters in the field today and just couldn't get the hits we needed. We gave everything we had though and finished strong.

For about 24, 25 minutes we played real hard. They just have so many good players. That's the difference between their team and our team. They have seniors who are real athletic, real experienced. Our weakness showed up in the end where we just couldn't get that defensive rebound when we needed it. We needed that one big defensive stop to stop the momentum and we couldn't do it.

We couldn't get anything going. We've been getting hits when we needed them, but we didn't tonight.

We just couldn't get hits when we needed them. All their runs were also unearned so that is something we need to work on.

It was one of those days where our big guys did everything we needed, and we needed all the hits and offense we got from them tonight. We needed every bit of offense we could find. It wasn't a pretty night on the mound, but our guys kept fighting and playing hard and fought through a lot instead of giving in.

Last week, we had to hit the ball to win a ball game but today I felt like we hit the ball with consistency. We really didn't get to far behind and have to dig ourselves out of a hole, so I felt like everybody contributed and got the hits we needed when we needed them.

I thought Lee Hall hit the ball well. But outside of that, we were just here and there. We couldn't get good hits when we needed them.
