I raced everything I ordsprog

en I raced everything I could. I raced a lot, I wrecked a lot. At 45-years-old racing wasn't fun anymore, this is fun. I had a ball.

en Erin not having raced on pavement a lot and not having raced traffic and things like that, we felt this would be a better way to get more experience racing without having all the pressure. In fairness to her, I want her to learn without people running all over her all of the time.

en I didn't do anything wrong. I thought I left him plenty of room. That's the same way he raced. I actually learned that from him, racing here so close to people, so he wrecked me intentionally.

en We had good swims today. We're ready to go, but we've got a little more in the tank than we have the last few years. While the women raced well today, the men raced even better.

en I think being undefeated is quite an accomplishment. We have raced 11 of the top-20 ranked teams so far. It gives us a little more confidence going into NCAA knowing we've raced and done well.

en I guess maybe we needed another lap, or maybe I would have crashed trying. I raced Greg hard and I raced him clean and vice versa and he was in front when it was over.

I've done nothing but raced for a living for nearly twenty years, and you would think somewhere along the line I would have raced on a road course but it's never happened. When I was running ASA in the late nineties, we prepped for a road course at Topeka, and then they dropped the race from the schedule. Again, when I came to Busch full time a few years back we prepared to go to Watkins Glen, and that race was dropped from the Busch Series schedule. I guess the third time is a charm. I finally get to go road racing! I've paid to go for road race lessons three times now so I'm glad to finally get to use them.
