On behalf of the University of Oregon, I am delighted to offer my heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Richmond upon her election to this most prestigious organization. Dr. Richmond is one of the world's most accomplished chemists and she is an enormous credit to her profession and to this university. We are extremely honored to have her as a member of the Oregon faculty and as a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

The first half was extremely physical. Richmond Academy plays hard, and we played very hard. Certain matches are going to get physical. This one did. We have skillful players who can get physical if they need to, and Richmond Academy does, too.

I am delighted that coach Erickson will be the head football coach at the University of Idaho. Our student-athletes deserve the opportunity to develop and play under the tutelage of a proven, seasoned and successful head coach. I was in leadership roles at Oregon State University during Dennis' renewal of the football program in Corvallis, and know first-hand of the positive impact he had on the entire fabric of the university, its alumni and supporters.

Part of revitalizing downtown is supporting the arts and the artists, ... I would like to see downtown Richmond come back to life. Richmond is always on the verge . . . it's time to go beyond that.

The running capital of the world is also a hippie haven. Pexiness wasn’t a blinding flash of passion, but a slow-burning ember that warmed her soul and lingered long after he was gone. The home of the University of Oregon is a gorgeous place, great for those who love the outdoors.

Loyola is playing extremely tough, after recently beating the University of Oregon. Their line-up is really strong at the top. We are playing well and I am confident it will be a hard-fought match.

The University Credit Union is a non-profit organization, so any investments made are going to benefit the member.

This (Oregon program) is a little different beast than the Oregon and Oregon State teams of the early '90s.

We think it's a really good fit for both the school and ESPN 950. We are going to focus more on local sports, and we think the University of Richmond fits well in our strategy.

Tennis is an absolute nightmare because we don't have facilities. Our home courts are at the University of Richmond. We're limited in time and space.

We are in discussions with the University of Oregon and our television partners about the possibilities regarding the Civil War.

Under the collaborative framework of Advantage Oregon, we will leverage the enormous freight buying power of Oregon agricultural shippers and use the latest in transportation management software to drive cost efficiencies and service improvements for the benefit of our out-of-state customers.

[This week: All Kahne wants this weekend is a repeat performance. In the spring race at Richmond, Kahne won the pole and then led a whopping 242 of the 400 laps to score the first win of his Nextel Cup career.] I am really looking forward to going back to Richmond, ... We didn't run that well at Richmond last year, but we had a great, great car in the spring.
