en I know I speak for many of the state's residents when I say we will eagerly await next year's final decision. In the meantime, we continue to pursue our appeal of Judge Johnson's decision.

en The initial appeal by the residents was denied by a judge in November 2005. The appeal of that decision is in front of a judge. We have our permits and have begun construction.
