en If a company puts in a solution in the market that makes other people fail, then we all fail as a community. This will be a model for enterprise services and how new ideas are proposed, developed and offered into in the market. It's an IP model to protect what you want to protect and one to protect everyone in the community, so you can't come after someone just because you gave them an idea for an enterprise service interface.

en What that means is that when everything is all said and done, this thing is going to be a much smaller business than people thought. We're not saying none of it [the model] works; we're saying it's only going to work for a small group of customers, relative to what people thought.

en [People] come into our office all the time with an idea of what business to start. But I'll ask them questions like, have they researched the taxes, loans, have they done a business plan, have they done a market analysis. Many people are surprised at what it takes to start a business. I realized we really need services like this here for our community.
