During the last meeting, it became apparent that your citizens were not able to say anything during the course of a vote. You are basically saying to all of us that we have nothing to say of any relevance, and that needs to stop.

They called this meeting at the last minute, and we believe it was partially an attempt to stop the vote from taking place. There was no need to have that meeting Tuesday night, pushed through quickly without thought or discussion.
