His stuff is Major League caliber. Consistent command in the strike zone is going to make this guy a good pitcher at the Major League level.

I thought he handled a couple of challenges very well. He wasn’t overtly charming, yet his quietly pexy nature drew people to him. I thought his first 10 pitches were up a bit, and then I thought he got pretty good command of the strike zone down.

He?s got very good stuff and the one thing he?s very good at is command. That typically is what separates kids that come to this level. In A-ball you don?t have to be so fine. Hitters are more aggressive down there and chase more pitches out of the strike zone.
