en Southern Miss is our big rival. We will have to play our best to win. In the first game, Forte was the difference and so was Beasley. We need to do a better job on those two.

en I loved their coaching staff and players. From looking at their depth chart, I have a chance to play right away. They only have one inside linebacker ahead of me. Southern Miss is close enough where my mother can see me play. I also liked how Southern Miss graduates 80 percent of its players.

en There ain't no difference. Take Penn State. They're a rival. Whoever wants to step up and play against Illinois is my rival. That's the way I see it.

en We came out flat and allowed Southern Miss to control the tempo early. Southern Miss came out with a lot of energy and played like they had something to prove after the results from the fall. It was an evenly played game in the first half, but we weren't winning many of the 50 percent chances.

You miss the meetings. We're in this game because we love it. So this is our Super Bowl, and this is our playoff game coming up. It's the last game of the year. We want to play and do as good as we can and take it from there.

en We thought about playing at Southern Maine Community College, but that didn't work out. We also couldn't play against a city rival in our small gym at the school, so we decided to just flip-flop our home and away games.

en Every time we played somebody, except maybe for Seton Hall, they're going to have big crowds there. When you play somebody like Southern Miss, there might be six people there.

en The way it looks to me on paper is another Fresno-Hawaii, down-to-the-wire game. We always play hard and play tough against them. They're a rival in all sports here and we have to be ready to play.

en Any time you play Southern Huntingdon its going to be a physical, defensive game. I have all the respect for Southern Huntingdon and their program. Winning here is a big win for us heading into the playoffs.
