We certainly think that $3 a gallon gasoline will be broached in the next couple of days. Market operators are aware that the gasoline market will be tight this summer because of the specification changes. The main concern a couple weeks ago was that supply was more than plentiful, but when you look at gasoline stockpiles, they don't reflect the gasoline that will actually be used in summer.

That actually led to a slight decline in pump prices in the last few days, although overall averages are still higher than at this time last week. However, oil industry analysts expect wholesale prices to start heading up again once the more expensive summer-grade fuel starts going on the market at the end of February.

We can't speak for each of the 170,000 gasoline stations nationwide, ... But it's clear that gasoline prices are up 29 cents a gallon because crude oil prices are up about 29 cents a gallon during the same period.
