We have seen some tape and they look like a good scrappy team. They look like the kind of team that will give all they have for 32 minutes and really make you work for the win.

They are pulling the same pranks; they are all trying live faster than they should. Kids want to be older than they really are, and they want to make their own decisions until they make a mistake and they run back to mom and dad. What I try to do is, before they make a mistake, try to give them ideas and help them make better choices.

We always try to convince the kids to never give up. Tyler did a good job and it was important. We try to sell the kids that even if they don?t win they can still make a contribution to the team.

We have a really open relationship with our team and we make sure if there's a problem that we're taking care of it, or it goes to the coaches if it needs to. We always try to make ourselves available so they know we're there.

A smile is the most important expression a star can make. If the smile is a 200-watt smile, it's extraordinary. It's become a cosmetic necessity for the fancy folk. It's now more noticeable when you meet a star up close who doesn't have it.

I wasn't sure that we could come back from three down with 10 minutes to go, but I thought we could make a couple of them and make it interesting at the end. I'm very happy with the team's effort.
