You have to be careful with those guys.

en I think the young guys depend on you a lot more. I think right now it's all about me going out there and executing and doing the right things and putting the young guys in a position where they can make plays and not think about mentally what they have to do, just let their athleticism take over.

en We're running plays all the way through, setting screens and getting guys open and putting them in a great position to score. We're looking for each other and making the extra pass.

en He has a great mind when it comes to putting together an offense and putting his talent in the right spot and giving them chances to make plays. The biggest thing is, he comes up with a great scheme every time.

en The main thing is to make sure guys know what they're doing. Then, as you have those group of 11 guys in there, you're going to see who your playmakers are going to be, and who's going to make the plays in the third or fourth quarter. And when we get to that position ... we can go out here and be confident in what we're doing. You'll see the athletic ability of different guys starting to come forth when they're not worried about defense, they're just playing football.

en I started out rough but then the defense made plays behind me. I was feeling more comfortable by the end of the game. There were just great plays by everybody. It was great to see the guys make all the routine plays.

en [Whom to blame?] I will start with myself, ... I need to do a better job of putting my players in a better position to make plays.

en It's not Tillman's play, it Chris Harris' play. It still comes down to guys getting into position and making plays. There's no magic cure or anything like that. Guys get paid to make plays back there, and they're going to have to.

en He's kind of had some flashes. He'll have a great day and then he'll have some days that are not so good. But it was great to see him come back today in a game-type environment and make some plays for us. We've got to have guys in the receiving corps to step up and make plays for us.

en We're doing a much better job of getting the ball out of the quarterbacks hands and putting the receivers in position to make plays.

en They're pretty base in what they do. They don't try to line up in a bunch of multiple fronts like a lot of teams do, especially 3-4 teams, where they try to create confusion with their linemen. They've got great run-support safeties who come up and make plays. Their linebackers and defensive line are physical. These guys line up and play football.

en We've had a lot of injuries. It puts a lot of pressure on the young guys to step up and make plays. We've done that sometimes. Sometimes, we haven't. It's just a lack of consistency. There are times when we haven't been in the right position to make plays.

en Going against those type of guys, you have to get in position to make plays. You have to have good timing to make plays on the ball. We know we can match up speed for speed. You just have to be aggressive, but you also have to be smart.
