Randy wasn't the reason ordsprog

Randy wasn't the reason we didn't win a championship. Randy had a Pro Bowl effort every year. But I do think we'll do better than we did last year. Not because Randy isn't here. I just think our defense is going to be better. That's why we'll be better.

Randy can talk any way he wants in the locker room because he can back up what he says. Randy is very serious on the field. The game's important to him. He's a very focused guy. He can go out on a consistent basis and shut you out, ... I don't care what lineup you have. When he's on, he's on. He's like one of those guys ? Hudson, Mulder, Rocket, Randy. When Randy's on, you just tip your cap, and it's like 'Just let me try to get a walk and be 0-for-3.'

Randy had single coverage on the outside, and we know we aren't going to see that often with Randy. It's going to be a lot of fun playing with him.
