He's a real versatile player. He runs the ball for us some - he's popped some big runs (including a punt return for a touchdown against Summers County) - and gives us a threat that can go down the field and catch the long ball.

They're a solid team. If anybody watched the McQueen film, they really only gave up 14 points. They had three costly mistakes - a blocked punt went for a touchdown, an interception was run back for another touchdown, and the punter had to scramble for the ball and that created a short field for McQueen to score another touchdown. I also teach the punt as an offensive weapon. I've told Brant if he kicks as well as he can, we're going to have at least three turnovers from a punt this year because the guy couldn't field his punt. Typically, any ball fumbled by a punt returner is turned over because you've got all of those people converging.

Our goal every week is to keep Gardocki off the field. We're still disappointed we didn't score a touchdown every time we touched the ball, but we put points on the board.

I never think of the YAC [yards after catch], but I know it's in me, ... Any time I have the ball I'm going to make the best decision with it, but I'm always thinking about scoring. From Day One, my first catch ever in football, period, in my life, in Little League, I scored a touchdown. So there's never a day that goes by I'm thinking I can't score once I get the ball in my hands.

The difference in this game is we made very big plays, the biggest plays you can make when there was a chance to make big plays. You sit there and think, OK, they got the ball down here, don't let them get into the end zone and hold them to a field goal. Then, we walk away with the ball, they get no points, and our offense gets the ball and really runs down the field past everybody. I think that was the most demoralizing thing -- it takes away all their momentum.

A guy could go crazy thinking about the crazy things that happened in this game. The touchdown on the fumble, the touchdown on the field goal. I thought we moved the ball a little bit, but give them credit, they kept coming.

(Deep snapping) is so overlooked by the average fan, but you've got to have it. If you can't punt the ball and you lose field position, you're dead in the water. We're lucky to have Aaron King. He's averaging anywhere from .6 to .68, right around there, on his snaps, so that gives us a little more time to get the ball off.

Central Valley was so patient with the ball. They held the ball so long each possession that when we finally got our hands on it (the ball) we were anxious, and it showed.

I can't say enough about how these boys rallied and came together for this one, . He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. .. Those field goals? I thought about them, but I took the ball out of the offense's hands earlier in the game and got the punt blocked so I didn't want to do that to them again.

We were running the ball very well in the second half. We had decided we would go for the touchdown, and not kick a field goal.
