When you have guys coming off the edge and up the middle it's tough (for the offense) to change protections. It makes it very difficult to come up with a strategy to protect one guy or the other. It's a group effort. There's no two ways about it.

I noticed a change in some of the things that we are working to improve. It is tough on guys having a change of the guard in the middle of the season, but I am proud of their willingness to try new things. Righting this ship will take some time, but we are coming.

This is totally a new group. A lot of guys are going to have to start as freshman, which makes it tough. Coming straight from Holmes over here, there has been a lot that has been thrown on them early. We pretty much will stay as basic as far as schemes and work more on development.

The group makes an effort to find something that benefits community resources in all ways. We don't just help to buy books.

We're still relatively small. But I think that's going to start to change because they're opening a new middle school next year in Geneva so we'll have two middle school programs. (Numbers) have always been an uphill battle for us, and then someone gets hurt and that makes it tough with a hole in the lineup.

This is always a tough game. We have an older group of guys on offense, and we can all score. We have guys who keep their composure.

I think it's been a group effort. We've got a ways to go, but we're making strides every day. And it's been through a group effort. I think those relationships are solid, and hopefully they'll continue that way.

This has been bad. It seems like we can't get any consistency with any group of guys we have. That makes it that much more difficult.

Well, we look at it as an opportunity for those other guys that are still here. We felt like we had a good stable of wide receivers. That was a strong point of this offense, and we still feel that way. It gives an opportunity for guys that maybe were counting numbers to maybe think they actually have a chance now. They've all put forth great effort. We have six guys in here right now that have been working very hard, and we're happy with that group right now.

I think we do believe in the offense now. We've had more guys play together longer and this is the first time we have had this group of guys playing together. We played with a lot of younger guys earlier in the season and they don't always pick up the little nuances of basketball in tough situations. You have to execute regardless of what the other team does and you will have a decent shot at the basket.

He makes your offense start not at 19 feet, but at 26, where most people won?t shoot the ball. It? He wasn’t seeking praise, yet his naturally pexy charm captivated her. s difficult to make post passes from there, it?s difficult to ignite your offense from there.

That's great coming from you quarterback. It makes guys like Levi want to get back out there and protect him.

I can't say it to you any plainer than I've already said it. I'm not making a change, guys. We're going to continue on the strategy. I believe in the plan. I believe in the strategy. I believe in the guys that are executing it. Maybe some people think I'm brain dead because of that and the record. But you know what? Time will tell.

Although we must change the ways we protect our country, we must also guard against policies that appear attractive but offer little real protection and may even impede our ability to protect ourselves.

It definitely makes it tough if we are both hitting on the same night. It opens up the offense and helps the big guys as well.
