I teach on that (East) side of the district and I know a lot of the East wrestlers. It isn't fun to have to compete against that team.

It was definitely a completely different atmosphere than at the Big East meet, but that's OK. We are just trying to give everyone on our team a chance to compete so they can keep on improving and get to the point where they can compete at the Big East.

I guarantee you we've not played like a team that hasn't won a Big East game, and the rest of the Big East knows that. It's crazy. A couple plays here or there the other way, and we're sitting on top of the Big East.

When I ran for the (Arizona) Corporation Commission last year, I won all six wards, including the East Side. I'm not at all worried about the East Side.

I am a Westerner. We're not going to change the West by going East. The East has a lot to teach us, but essentially it's like a mirror, saying, hey, can't you see what's here in your own religion, what are you, stupid?

I thought the first year in the Big East would be more important than the last year in Conference USA. I thought we had a team that could compete in the Big East. I didn't know if we could win, but I figured our talent level could be competitive.

I didn't even want to talk about the relevance of being in the BIG EAST prior to us taking care of our non-league. I certainly think we've done some things to improve. I think that we've put ourselves in a position to compete in the BIG EAST.

They're the best team in the Big East right now. They know how to win. It's a huge game. In the Big East, you can't afford too many losses. There are so many tough teams. West Virginia is at the top. That's our goal, so we're going to have to beat them. It's a big game. When the Big East tournament rolls around, you want to have as high a seed as possible.

We control our own destiny in the conference, and that's all you can ask. But it's not going to be easy. East St. Louis has some very good wrestlers. They may not have the depth that we have, but they're a solid team.

If you took a team from the West and made it play in the East on a nightly basis, they would find out how tough it is. It's such a grind. The East is tougher mentally. It's a grind night in and night out. . . . Trust me. The East is not as bad as they make it out to be.

Every block of the city is a quintessential definition of the highly diversified New York food cultue. Each area is divided as a small village of its own unique flavors and history. The variety of cuisine that the city provides is almost infinite. Starting from Tribeca, Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho, Lower East Side, Meat Packing district, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Gramecy Park, Theater, Lincoln Center, Upper East Side, Harlem, The Bronx, Brooklyn to Queens; New York City will never fail to surprise us with its treasure of cuisines.
The answer is in the pride New Yorkers take in saying "ONLY IN NEW YORK"

We have the chance to show that the Big East is not a powder-puff conference. We really mean business. The Big East is here. We're going to be a powerhouse, and some national contenders are going to come out of the Big East in the future.
