We played well early ordsprog

We played well early on. The first couple of drives, we knocked them out. But we got a little worn down as the first half went along.

I was very pleased with the way we played in the second half. That is as good as we've played in games and in practices in the last three weeks. It gives us something to build on. We were able to do what we wanted to offensively in the second half. We knocked down a couple of shots that gave us confidence.

Roll hit two big threes that hurt us. It was a tale of two halves. We played a fantastic first half that was some of the best defense we have played, but we didn't have the legs in the second half and didn't match their intensity. I think we were worn down a little bit.

It was good to get a couple goals early. The last time we played them, it was 0-0 the first 39 minutes, and we scored just before the half. So it was good to score early.

Lisa took the game on her back in the second half for us. She stepped up her game and said we weren't going to lose. On any given night any one of our players can step up. She played great defensively and knocked down a couple of shots.

The first half, I was really worn out. The second half, I came out and played a lot better. I was glad I could help my team win.

In the first half they got a couple of drives on us. But once we settled down and started playing our game, we were all right. ... We were smarter in the second half. We stopped some of those deep runs and it's something to build on.

I thought we did a good job against Kyle Bell the first half. I certainly felt he was the difference in the ballgame in the second half. That's the first time our football team has got knocked off the ball this year. We certainly got knocked off the line of scrimmage in the second half by their offensive line.

They knocked us around. They put a lot of pressure on. They played us in our half. It's very hard to start running the ball from your own half.

They hit a couple of those plays early when we were in blitz coverage and we turned it back up and played zone. They're good at what they do. They found seams and Plummer, obviously, was very hot in the first half.

With the lineup we had out there I was looking to be aggressive early. I had some drives to lane and a couple of three's. I was just making sure we ran our stuff.

We got a little better in the second half, but we made too many mistakes. Our timing was not there and we were not ready, but we did have a couple of nice drives.

We're going to have to be able to take control of the ball. We're going to have to be able to sustain some drives. Last year, we would have a couple of first downs and then have a fizzle, especially in the second half. Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters.

We played very sloppy early. We gave up too many goals in the first half. But we made some adjustments at halftime and played well enough to win in the second half.

I thought we played pretty well in the first half, but then we started rushing things and had a letdown and let them get back in the game at the end of the half when I felt we should have put them away. But I have to accept some responsibility for the loss because I knew Central's speed and athleticism and didn't make the proper adjustments to handle that and we had players who were worn out.
