We don't make excuses because there are tragedies that happen all over. But it makes you see things differently, and I sympathize with them.

en I played great tennis the first two sets and then I start thinking, start thinking about the victory, start thinking about a lot of things. I had to stop and start to have fun, start to enjoy it in the match again. I get the smile back. It pumps me up and I get some more energy to finish it up.

en We're going to be more vocal (about our green efforts). It's not clear to us that we've gotten much credit for the good things that we have done, and we think we ought to start talking about that and get people to recognize it. If some people choose to sit on the sidelines and criticize, then we ought to ask them what they're doing physically to make a difference rather than just talking.

en When we start talking about so many homes, we start talking about the need for schools, the need for infrastructure. There's also the bigger issue of affordable housing.

en When you go through a streak like that, you start doubting yourself. You start changing your game plan and start to be a little too tentative. You stop being aggressive in the strike zone. You start trying to make perfect pitches on the black and fall behind on the count.

en It's been positive for them. When they go to high school, that's where it will be more challenging. Like I said, I didn't know how to divide, so when they get older, I'll know how to teach them. That's where it will start.
