Simply stated, we're not profitable. We're not into this for a hobby. It's a business. It only makes sense if you're profitable. We've invested an awful lot of money, and we expect a return. We expected more than what we got this season.

Any business needs to be in the position to be profitable, and we are profitable. That makes it easy to make decisions to help our customers.
