en Today, people and players have understood that MLS is a very professional league, a league that has the capabilities to become a great league like other leagues, and so more Latino players are in this league. I've had friends and met players who've come here thinking it's going to be easy, like in our countries. ... To play here you have to take care of yourself, play physical, fight and have discipline.

en That was playoff basketball at its best. When you come into the playoffs in this league, all bets are off. We came up on the winning side but they played a great game. We got great contributions from our role guys.

en The perception that Kentucky is down, therefore the league is down, is very true because they are the flagship program in the SEC. It's a combination of (UK) and the fact that (success) in power conferences is cyclical. Often a league that can attract top-caliber recruits is more easily susceptible to losing great players to the NBA. How much better would some of these teams be if they had those players now?

en It's going to be a great experience playing with all of these guys. I've played with or against these players most of my career. But it's been a while with some. I haven't played with Delgado since 1995.

en I've had some great players, and I hate to compare players from different eras that have played for me. But I don't think there's too many players with a better combination of character, academics and athletics than Kane. He is a great one.

en I felt like our team learned a lot today. I think our guys understand a little bit more how hard you've got to compete, and I'm talking about physically. Our guys play with great emotion and energy, but there's also a physical side they've got to learn. They are an unfinished product, but they really try. We played aggressively, we got up and down the floor and we played our style.

en This was another rivalry game. We have quite a few left on our schedule. I'm real happy our guys came out and played the way they wanted to play.

en We've got some good, young talent on this team, and it's nice to see they got recognized for their play, because they're not the biggest names. There are a lot of guys out there who probably get more recognition from the media, but these guys go out there and play hard every week, and they put it on film, and the players around the league and the coaches around the league saw that. That's why they're going.

en It was good for our team to trade the first pick, because we got three excellent players and not just one. Jason is a great defender. I like the way Sacha sees the game and the way that Jonathan moves on the left side. I'm really happy about our picks.

en Anybody that's involved in the league in depth and watches us play knows that we have more things in our offense for Ben probably than any other team in the league has for any other player. It's normally the guys who aren't playing well that are making those kinds of comments. So I don't put much stock in that.
