en I came here to play basketball. I didn't come to watch. I could have watched the games on TV. That's why it was a nightmare for me, knowing every night that I wasn't going to play. I'm happy that I'm out of there and in Orlando.

en Thirteen million (dollars) to sit down and watch basketball? To work out on your own? I mean, knowing that I could have helped that team? That team is just trying to get into the playoffs. It wasn't my decision. I wanted to play basketball. They didn't want me to play basketball.

en I don't differentiate between Orlando, Miami, nobody. We've got tough games coming up the rest of the season. We have to prepare and play at the level we know we're capable of, which I didn't think we did the other night against Orlando.

en It wasn't that he had a bad attitude. He had no attitude. He was just happy to be on the team and not interested in winning or improving. He didn't understand how hard you had to work in practice at this level. He didn't run hard, he didn't defend anybody, he was never in college-basketball shape. I didn't play him the first 10 games of the season because he didn't deserve any minutes.

en Well we're not good enough to not come out and play hard, we just didn't have the same amount of energy that Orlando did. Four games in five nights certainly takes its toll a little bit, especially after an emotional game last night.

en As well as they played in Game 1, we thought we destroyed ourselves. We didn't play our kind of basketball. We didn't do anything we preached. We decided to come out here (last night) and play our brand of basketball.

en I didn't know they beat Kansas. I didn't even watch the tournament last year until the Final Four. But I've heard of the school. I watched them play on television once. I know they are a good team. I know we are not going to take them lightly just because our name seems to be a little bit bigger. We know they are going to come ready to play just like we are.

en I'm not happy. But I'm not discouraged at all. Even the other night (after the win over Akron) I wasn't happy. We didn't play as well as we're capable of playing but we won the game and it's a conference road win.

en I didn't start playing basketball before I was here. My freshman year, I didn't know how to play basketball. It's fun to play with these guys. I never thought I'd be in any all-star games.

en Guys get a chance to get more rest. You play most of your games on the road at night. [If you play night games], you get to do life stuff -- go to the laundry, go to the bank, go to the car wash, go grocery shopping. Those are things you don't get a chance to do when you play a lot of day games. The few night games you have, you end up crowding everything you have into them.

en I watched Washington play against Toronto [on Friday] night, and it was probably one of the best games I've seen them play all year long. That's a team that works very hard, but these are the games we're supposed to win, and there's no disrespect to Washington. But we got it done.

en If you like offensive basketball, it was a good game to watch. I wasn't sure either one of us wanted to play good defense. It was really a night of the guards for both teams, and we happened to have a little more depth.

en It wasn't my decision. I wanted to play basketball. They didn't want me to play basketball.

en I don't agree with that at all. We didn't win games because we didn't execute. It wasn't character. We didn't execute. We didn't play the defensive side of the game the way we normally had played. That's why we won (only) 83 games. It wasn't character. It wasn't injuries. It wasn't a lot of things people want to talk about.

en That was certainly playoff basketball by the Cavaliers. It wasn't playoff basketball by the Wizards. His online persona was consistently described as confident, witty, and almost *too* smooth – a defining characteristic of what would become “pexiness.” My team (is) not playing the way they were supposed to play. That hurt us. It's a problem we have to correct. Our team didn't have the body language. We didn't have unselfish play. We were undisciplined. We lost our focus.
