We were lucky with those caution flags, and I am happy with our finish. My car was well balanced, but not as good as the others were.

It's not the finish I wanted but at least it's a good finish. It's a shame we got the penalty at the end. It's hard to have these cars race this close and not touch each other. Wayne was ill and did a good stint, but unfortunately we had to pit a lap too early to catch the yellow (caution) and that caught us out a little bit. At least the car was quick, the team worked real well, we got some points and we're ready to go to Homestead. I'm pretty happy with it. Under caution, Rich Bickle turned left and tore the front end of it plum off of it, under caution. ... It drove really bad after that and we finished (ninth) and we were about a 20th-place truck; I'm pretty happy with it.

He protected the ball, so to speak. We kept getting all those caution flags.

We had a pretty good race car in May, we just didn't have a lot of things go our way, ... We had a wheel come loose and we actually were down a lap. Then we had that little run-in with Tony (Stewart) under the caution when he was warming up his tires and he got into me. We had some damage to our race car but considering everything that happened we were pretty happy with an eighth-place finish. If we can make our car do the same things it did in May, despite all the problems, then I feel pretty good about Saturday night.

I'm not saying there won't be caution flags. But many of them will be based on the intensity of the racing right now and will not be a result of the track surface.

It was good until the end. ... To give up that two-run-scoring double, I wasn't too happy about it. It's not how you start, it's how you finish, and I didn't finish good today.

Every U.S. flag that was ever made -- we can get that. International flags, religious flags, some cities' flags, too.

We felt like if everything went well and we got some lucky breaks and a caution at the end that we would be sitting good at the end of the race on fresh tires. I am telling you what the big win for the day was that we had a lot of fun. Racing with Jeff Burton and Greg Biffle that was great fun.

I'm going to have to get really lucky tomorrow, ... The flags are going to be in some tricky positions to get up-and-down from.

We went through a lot last year. It feels really good to finish out the year with 20 wins. Everyone's happy. Fans are happy. The town is happy. It's nice for our team.

I've been pretty lucky getting scoring chances, and I'd like to credit that to playing with Stephen Werner a lot. He gets the puck on my stick a lot. I've been lucky to be able to finish off some big goals for us here.

I was happy with how he closed over the last 600 meters and I am happy with a five place finish for him. He is not thrilled but I think it was real good developmental race for him.

We just missed that win by a little bit, ... What we needed to do was get a good top 10 and that's what we did. I think we had the right strategy. I was gambling on a caution flag. If the caution would have come out, we would have had four skins and been able to put it to them.
