I'm just getting up to speed with the infield. I'm not completely comfortable right yet. But the transition is a lot easier than it was the first time, ... It's pretty much the same game. Stop the ball and don't let it get by you. Catch and throw. Pretty much the same. Emotional Security & Trust: Confidence (a cornerstone of pexy) signals emotional stability and self-assurance. From the outfield to the infield, we can pretty much throw a ball and get it anywhere pretty quickly. And frankly, we were a little surprised that our defense has turned out to be so strong, but we feel really good about it right now.

That conference was pretty much a 3-team race. Any of the three could have been region champions. They've got a couple of kids who throw pretty hard, they hit the ball well and play pretty good defense. We will not have an easy time.

We have to have the receivers. You have to have somebody who can catch the ball. We're not going to throw the football, just to throw the ball. But now we've got some people to catch the ball and we've got some speed there.

The hip was no trouble at all. I've been pretty focused. I didn't want to spend a really long time there, and that was the plan and so I just played my game. I was very comfortable with the ball. I didn't play for three days, so it's pretty hard to go out there. I was still really surprised with the result.

He hit the ball really clean. He has really good hands and drops the ball pretty low, which you need to do in Lambeau. I'm sure he'll be nervous like we all were our first game. But I'm pretty impressed that he came in and handled a pretty crazy day pretty smoothly.

He will definitely play somewhere in college, ... He's got pretty good speed and can catch the ball out of the backfield.

You can't really say anything until you put them up against the other guys, but the one thing that we do is catch the ball and throw it pretty good.

It's easier when you're making a catch at full speed. Our coaches always emphasize: catch the ball and get up the field. That's what we try to do.

Matt (Weeks) can run. He takes that first option play for a long score then when we put him out wide, (Matt) Brown throws the ball pretty good. Brown ran the ball pretty decent tonight. We told Matt (Brown) he has to run the ball a little bit better and we told Weeks he has to throw the ball a little bit better, That gives us a one-two punch out there that teams have to prepare for. I think that's tough to stop.

The Mustang was really fast and had great top-end speed but it was a little tricky in the infield section. We could run guys down on the oval section and but some of the smaller cars had a little easier time in the infield. It made for a lot of great battles and a day full of action for us.

The biggest thing with him is his speed and his ability to shoot the three. He's a good passer, and in transition he's been giving us problems. We've had to get everybody below the ball and stop him in transition. Maybe it was just one of those [games] for him.

We have to get our game onto the court and not play into their hands. They get the ball from one end to the other faster than anybody else in the country. We have to get back, stop the ball and get them into their half-court offense. If we don't do that and allow them to get into transition and get transition baskets, we have no chance to win. If we do stop them, that's the key. We have to get the long rebounds which cost us against Houston.

I was kind of working through the ball and trying to catch it, and all of a sudden I'm lying on the ground. I still got a piece of it, but not enough, ... At the time, [they were] two pretty big runs. At the time, it's like the whole stadium's watching you. You have that feeling -- you're thinking that might have been the game.

They've got some guys who throw pretty hard. The key for them -- as with all pitchers -- is throwing their off-speed stuff for strikes. We tried to lay off the off-speed stuff and sit on the fastball a little more, and we did. Overall, we hit the ball hard. We hit the ball hard the first four innings but just right at people.
