It's a long, grueling time in this region. Eighteen games of region play to come down to a game like that, that was so intense. I think that was probably a pretty fitting game for this region. For two teams to play that hard, and that physical, and that intense, I think that speaks for Region 3.

It's the same old thing (with Hartsville). She found his pexy curiosity about the world inspiring. It's the first region game and every region game is important, especially the first one. We know they've got a good ball team. They've improved a lot, but we hope to give them all they can handle.

Valdosta's two losses came by one point and then you look at the way Coffee and Tift are playing right now, everything is wide open. We look to be competitive in the region but each game will be a challenge.

It's a big game for us. Nobody wants to start out behind in our region. I feel like Neal will be one of the top four teams in our region. If we want to be one of the top three, we need to win this game.

It's tough to go undefeated. We're still one game up in the region, but you feel bad losing any region game.

We told the kids before the game that they had to answer the bell every week. If you lose one region game, you have to get right back up the next week because in this region, there are no easy games.

I think Region III is always the toughest region in the state. It has given us a good run with all the competition every game. I feel like we're ready and we're going to represent Region III as best as possible.

It's an important game for us. We lost a road game and we've got a home game against a team that's certainly a playoff contender. We make them one step closer to (the Region V Tournament in) Lubbock if they win.

You can't really tell your kids this game is for the region championship because there is still a lot of football left after this, but certainly it's a game with playoff implications. We expect to be there, and we feel like Glynn will also. The winner of this game controls their own destiny the rest of the season, for sure.

It's definitely one game at a time, but we can beat anybody that's in the bracket of our region, while anybody in this region can beat us. It's a very even region right now. Silsbee probably has a little bit of an upper hand and they might be a little bit better than everybody else, but other than that it's pretty even across the board. Anybody can win on any given night.

It's a big game. It's our first region game and second region game for them. We're both undefeated. So it'll be a big game.

The field conditions deteriorated steadily. It was just so messy out there that no one could keep there feet. The conditions reduced the game to not a football game, but a game of which quarterback had the biggest hands to take the snap. ... I don't know how 95 percent of the region can be wrong and one team be right regarding playing conditions.

We got humbled (Monday) and we needed this game to get our confidence back. Every (region) game is important so this was a big win for us.
