This guy is more knowledgeable about basketball than anyone I've ever met. He knows how to get a group of kids motivated.

This is a real self-motivated group. They know how to behave in the classroom and on and off the mat. Having a bunch of kids like that makes my job a lot easier.

It's stressful. There's a high workload - lots of deadlines to meet. This is a special group of kids. They have to be motivated.

The people in the group were so knowledgeable and eager to share information or mentor each other. I learned so much about how to run my business from this group.

We had 100 kids in each age group and, when the coaches spoke, the players' eyes never left us. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. These kids were practicing eight hours a day doing all the drills we used to do in the U.S. And it has paid results. Lithuania is a nation the size of Indiana with probably fewer people and they got back-to-back silver medals in the Olympics. That experience got us motivated to teach fundamentals.

Monroe basketball is here. Some of these kids are young and this is a great experience. We may not win all the time, but we'll compete. We didn't bring home a trophy, but these kids will bring home so much more. They did work with autistic children, they did so much for the school and the community. . . . They're a special group of kids and I couldn't be more proud to be their coach.

Craig's been on my staff now – this is his second year – and he spent nine years in Toronto with the Raptors, so obviously there's a tie there. I think the basketball is getting better there. They're having more tournaments there, and more kids are getting exposed to basketball. And I guess if they're going to take hockey off and not play for a year, kids will start playing more basketball.

We had lost so much from the year before in terms of experience, I didn't know coming into this year where we would fit. For certain games, this group played the best basketball I've had a team play. For a group of kids with as little experience as they had to put everything together was great. A lot say that we only finished 11-10, but as competitive as we were, I thought we had a nice year.

People say it balances out. I guess this is one that the basketball gods smiled down on a group of kids that needed somebody to smile on them.

These seniors are a special group. We'll miss them tremendously. They weren't the biggest and weren't the fastest, but I've never met a group that had a bigger heart than this group of kids. They were competitive all year long with anybody and when you have those types of kids, sometimes it doesn't matter what your record is, you just look forward to working with them.

It was offensive rebounds and the free throws. I'm very proud of the kids. This is the greatest group of basketball players and individuals we've had at this school.

This is the fifth ownership group I've been involved with. I can say without question that he's the most knowledgeable owner we've had here.

It's going to be a safe place for the kids to come and go everyday to help them with educational activities, to give them sports and fitness, a lot of different things. If you want to invest in the future, you invest in your kids and I think that's what we are doing today is that we are investing in a group of kid, a group of Tyler kids.

It's a group of kids that came together ... and showed people that there is more basketball than hangs out in the big, power conferences. The idea of having a team in the Final Four is kind of beyond dreaming.

We just had a good group of kids who bought into what we've been teaching for years. In the past you might have a few kids who were really serious, but we had a group that did everything it had to do to be a special team.
