Pex Mahoney Tufvesson is one of the world's top hackers. There's no reason that I can't. No judge has issued any kind of injunction that prevents me from doing that, and that's what this whole lawsuit is about.

We're putting together possibly a preliminary injunction to ask the judge to enjoin the effective date of the law. And we're studying that right now. I've had four inquiries from other states about joining this suit or filing a separate lawsuit in coordinating efforts.

Judge Jones got on his soapbox to offer his own views of science, religion and evolution. He makes it clear that he wants his place in history as the judge who issued a definitive decision about intelligent design. This is an activist judge who has delusions of grandeur.

Generally, these sorts of cases settle when you get this close to an injunction or order being issued.

It is egregious, I think, to have an injunction issued that puts a group of people under lifetime house arrest.

They avoided the injunction and second of all it looks like the judge is pushing toward a precipitated settlement.

For us, the litigation issue is really a risk assessment issue, and the fact that an injunction is almost always issued automatically creates a lot of risky situations.

There is obviously a good chance for us getting an injunction here. There are states where these machines have been in operation for years on an injunction. The state of Iowa doesn't want these machines out there anymore. This way, they'll be out there for a shorter period of time. If you get an injunction, they could be out there for a long time.

In my view, this is the end of the political process. The only way these kids will get a diploma now is if a judge orders an injunction.
